You must ensure that all personal information held on your pkeasy account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to pkeasy support promptly. pkeasy reserves the right to suspend account activity where information is found to be materially inaccurate or outdated.
You must notify pkeasy immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any fraudulent transaction, or any security breach affecting your account. pkeasy's fraud monitoring systems operate continuously; however, Members bear responsibility for promptly reporting irregularities they become aware of.
pkeasy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees applied by pkeasy. Third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which pkeasy accepts no responsibility.

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pkeasy reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing written notice to the Member's registered email address. The dormancy fee shall not exceed PKR 500 per month and shall not reduce any account balance below zero.

In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. If a Member is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, pkeasy's systems will complete the round according to the applicable game rules. Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when using the Platform. pkeasy accepts no liability for losses arising from connection interruptions on the Member's side.
All sports bets placed on the pkeasy Platform are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked. pkeasy reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any individual bet or market.
pkeasy reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement, on any event affected by match-fixing or integrity concerns, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In the event of a void bet, the stake shall be returned to the Member's account.
Pakistan Super League and international cricket betting markets on pkeasy follow standard cricket betting rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted by weather, or reduced in overs, settlement shall follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methodology where applicable, or bets shall be voided if no official result is declared within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules.

pkeasy's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pkeasy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
pkeasy reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Member account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
Members may request closure of their pkeasy account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (subject to completion of KYC verification) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by pkeasy or the Member — all rights granted to the Member under these Terms & Conditions shall immediately terminate. All pending bets and game rounds shall be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and final balances shall be processed as described above.
